I’ve been voice acting for over a decade and I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from radio commercials, to eLearning videos, to IVR and more. I’ve studied voice acting and continue to take classes and private lessons with voice coaches and experienced voice actors. Additionally, I have several audio clips of past performances that I can share with you. My commercial, industrial, and character demo reels will give you an idea of my vocal range, style, and quality of my recordings.

An average voice recording can be turned around between 24-48 hours. If you have time constraints and require a rush delivery of a recording, let’s chat to see how I may be able to accommodate you. I am a full-time voice over actor and I am always available when clients need me.

Yes! I have a soundproofed recording studio in my home to ensure high-quality audio for every project. I have a variety of microphones, but generally use my Rode NT1000 or LCT 240 Pro because they both work well with my voice. I also have a dbx 286s preamp and a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface which are used to convert my voice into digital audio. Lastly, I use Adobe Audition to record and edit audio files; this is a powerful and flexible tool that enables me to deliver the highest quality sound possible.

Voice over rates are based on GVAA (Global Voice Acting Academy) rate guide which is considered to be the industry standard for non-union professional voice overs. Though rates are negotiable, this guide will give you an idea of the appropriate compensation for a professional recording of your project. Visit Global Academy for detailed rate information.

I take several steps to prepare prior to a session. I warm up my voice cord with a number of breathing and vocal exercises, including stretching, singing, speaking in different voices and accents, all of which are great mood enhancers! After warming up, I read the script several times to get a feel for the character, or the emotion the client wants to achieve. I then practice speaking in different tones, pitches, speed and volume to see how it affects my tone of voice and best fits the project.
